Your heritage centre is certainly somewhere that more people should visit and it is a very friendly people centred place that is also disabled accessible with a lovely cafe where they 'still warm the pot' even though they use t-bags. I thought it was brilliant. Check out some of my other posts as there may be something of interest. See you again over the summer.<br />Silent Owl.SilentOwlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02840406804609589655noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4653272143829268711.post-10270689855375027372011-03-29T05:01:05.280-07:002011-03-29T05:01:05.280-07:00Greetings silent owl.

It is possible that they may have been used for ritualistic purposes but there is no definitive evidence for this. I do however believe that they would have had many uses some of which would have included ritual use.SilentOwlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02840406804609589655noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4653272143829268711.post-52796660650195438722011-03-20T04:20:56.082-07:002011-03-20T04:20:56.082-07:00Sorry Silent Owl, Ooops just read my comment - I k...Sorry Silent Owl, Ooops just read my comment - I know what a souterrain is, what I meant to say was does it have any ritual, legendary or other significance? Sorry for the confusion. Have a great day, RaddersRadcliffehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14995378694597216386noreply@blogger.com
